PARENT AND CHILD AQUATICS
Level - 0
|
Geared toward children 6 months to 3 years of age. Parent
participation is required. This course is designed to help young
children become comfortable in the water as well as to teach parents
the basic swimming techniques. All children must wear tight fitting
rubber pants or a swim diaper to be allowed in the pool.

Children learn to float and glide independently. Freestyle,
backstroke and rhythmic breathing are introduced, and deep water is
